Hi Im 58 Yrs Old .I Have Sore Mouth And

im 58 yrs old .I have sore mouth and tongue for more than 15 years.now the past 2 years the pain got increased and not able to eat little spicy or crunchy or sour or sweet food..i under went many treatments but no use.day by day its getting worse .I got diabetics but under control .
ALSO suggest me which dr to consult.
