Hi Im 6 Mnths Pregnant.during Flight My Ears Are Air

hi im 6 mnths pregnant.during flight my ears are air blockd so i closed my nostrils and blew it hard my doctor suggested me that due to congestion my canal that is connecting my nose with ear is blockd due to congestion n he also said that i hav a red spot on my ear drum. now my ears are teasing and cant hear properly.
