Hi Im 61 My Issue Is I Try To Puke

hi im 61 my issue is i try to puke for no reason i try and nothing comes out, my chest hurts when i try to puke, and now when i raise my right leg it makes me try to vomit also, my health issues now are heart failure w/a pacemaker in place, high blood pressure, asthma arthiritis and my medications shouldnt make me sick same meds forever now ive done.
