Hi. Im 72 Years Old,have Cope15 Years On Atrovent 2ml

hi. im 72 years old,have cope15 years on atrovent 2ml twice a day pulmicort turbohaler spiriva inhalation cap nebs twice a day. chest infections every month ,wessing,coughing every day.tirid all the time, walk 8 steps only get brethless have to sit down.take oxygen when i get too breathless for about 10 min.im sleeping and staying in bed every day now only place. i dont get breathless .i smoke 5 cigs every 2 days. musle gone in hands and legs no life. is it to late for any thing to be done for me .??? thank you
