Hi, Im A 35 Year Old African American Male From

hi, im a 35 year old African American male from Chicago I was born with sickle cell disease and have been living with it all my life, however i was using the bathroom yesterday and I urinated blood. I went to the emergency room and got myself checked out the doctor said I have no stds or other health problems besides my childhood diagnoses. can you please tell me what could be the what they might have missed or neglected to check. thank you for your time.
