Hi Im A 35 Year Old Female With Prediabetes I

hi im a 35 year old female with prediabetes I am overweight...but the past 3 days my feet and ankle itched my right foot ended up with sores with puss coming out and my left is just itchy and they both are really swollen. now I work night shifts so im not elevating my feet but my feet have never done this before please help me and let me know what could be going on with me.
