Hi Im Concern For My Health Because I've Been Bitten

hi im concern for my health because i've been bitten by a dog but its just a scratch is about a centimeter , i also cleaned it every day , its approximately 48 now but i do not experience other symptoms of rabies, can i get a rabies even though im mot experiencing the symptoms?
