hi i'm coughing up black phlegm constantly. i think the cause is from a lifetime of smoking marijuana and recently started smoking again. what are the best solutions to clear this up after quitting. the smoking will be easier to quit but after 21 years of smoking weed i know that will be harder to quit. are there any aids to help with that struggle? or is cold turkey best for my body? should i go in and be tested for other causes. i am a short breather since i broke a rib in 2004. would this have any cause or hand in this? what actions would you recommend for me. besides quitting. that i already want to do thanks for any advice
