Hi I'm Gordon My Knees And Sholders Started Aching Close

hi i'm gordon my knees and sholders started aching close to the same time. i can lift things just fine with no pain but if i reach for somthing then let my arm relax tension in my sholders gets very painful then subsides knees hurt when i squat the most but i feel it walking also
