Hi Im Having Some Trouble Getting A Doctor To Pin

hi im having some trouble getting a doctor to pin point what is wrong with me health history severe endometreosis had a hysto. kidney dis. I was born with 1 reg kidney and the other never formed as i got older they other compinsated and grew bigger over time and deformed some in shape also stated having kindey stones the past few years now I have dizziness nausea I went to the doctor and they ran blood work and the only thing is elevated liver enzymes which i have had in the past and the specialist said it was fatty liver. they r still high and im nausious dizzy and have recently started having muscle spasms alot. any advice? thanks
