Hi Im Mark-im 56- Non Smoker- Keep Fit-I Sometimes Feel

hi im mark-im 56- non smoker- keep fit-I sometimes feel a tightness around my chest around the heart area , its not painful it just feels different to the right hand side-
my grandfather and his brother both had heart disease-my blood pressure is generally around 125-75 and my cholesterol is generally on the high side of ok- around 4,8
im considering having a cardiac scan
there is no pain on excercising
