Hi Im Simran And Im 18. So I Have This

hi im simran and im 18. so i have this sharp shppting pain in my bladder and it has been like5-6 hours. at first i thought it was because of not peeing but its still hurting and it hurts when i pee. i can see a few drops of blood in my pee and i dont know if its blood pr just colored pee. i wanna know what problm i have. do i have some sort pf infection?
