Hi Im Tyler.im 36 Years Old.i Have Had High Blood

hi im tyler.im 36 years old.i have had high blood pressure pretty much all my life.it has ben in the high 140/93.i take pills for it.i had a blockage this year of seventy five percent.i had a stent put in.for the past couple of days now my blood pressure has been running normal.it has never done this before.is this anything to be concerned about?
