Hi Im35 Yrs.i Have 2 Baby With C/s And 2

hi im35 yrs.i have 2 baby with c/s and 2 abortions.last month i complaind from sever abdominal pain i see my doctor and she send me to vaginal ultrasound i was at my 2nd halve of my cycle the u/s revealed an ovarian cyst which could be infected cyst she decribed to me antebiotic and analgesic i get better after treatment and my cycle came at its time then i visit my doc.she examin me i had no pain but she saw moderat amount of fluid at ultrasound around the uterus and the cyst was the same she said to me that i need follow up by treatment and i may have pelvic tubercolosis because my grandpa has pulmonaryTB he lives with me at home please is it possile to have the disease ?
