Hi In April Of Last Year I Had A Serious

hi in April of last year i had a serious accident at work where I got my head crushed. I had a ct scan which picked up a aneurysm measuring 5x5x6 mm i was told that it had nothing to with the accident which is fair enough. I then had to go have a mri scan for my neurosurgeon about 6 weeks after the ct scan and my aneurysm now measured 10mm in dia. From there i had a crainiotomy in november for a clipping and one of the surgeons told my wife that they weren't ready for the size of the aneurysm
i had a stroke on the operating table
my question is although the anyerism was pre existing could the head injury have caused it to grow rapidly
