Hi In July Was Shocked From Touching A Hot Water

hi in july was shocked from touching a hot water heater in my apartment... since then I had swollen finger and my fingers turned black and pain in my arm.. I haev a inregular heart beat. seen a neurology that said the issues that I am having are not from me shocked... I never had any of these issues until July. Very confussed
