Hi, In Morning I Find Trouble To Get Finish It,

hi, in morning i find trouble to get finish it, i have apply lots a pressure but stomouch is not getting empty properly...when i come out of toilet i feel and urge to go again..this happens 2/3 time in morning but it doesnt get clear... this continues all the day what ever i eat after 1, 2 hour i have to go to the toilet... can u suggest
