Hi Is That Daily Shaking Penis Nearly 4 Times Per

hi is that daily shaking penis nearly 4 times per a day is it good or bad.and one more thing i have an habit was from my childhood i doing jump on bed.i mean i turn body and fix my penis to bed moves backword and forword.iam just started shaking frm one year only.so can u plz help me
