Hi Ive Got Results From A Sperm Count Which Says

hi ive got results from a sperm count which says its abnormal with large heads duplicate tail and bent and cyto droplet neck how bad is this? would I be able to have kids at all? what can I do to change this results? the rbc is 10-20 white 10-20 and ph is 8.0 what do you recommend?
