ive had radio frequency ablations on my upper left spine 8 nerves were burned. the pain is durable with pain meds today but my upper back is still tender to the touch why? its hard to find work cause of my injury an limited to. it was a workers comp case. Would I be eligible possibly for disability for my nerve damage?
