Hi, Just A Question, I Am 8 Days Late And

hi, just a question, I am 8 days late and have one spurt of spotting but nothing since that happened, ive taken two home pregnancy tests but were both negative, I have a lot of symptoms, like lower back pain, enlarged breasts and nipples, started feeling nauseas today, could this be being pregnant?
