Hi Just Got The Result Of My Scan Saying 8

hi just got the result of my scan saying 8 follicles are seen in the right ovaries and 10 on left. Largest follicld meassure 0.9 x 0.9 cm on right and 0.8 x 0.8 cm on left. No dominant follicle seen. what is that mean.. please doctor need ur help im just scared after my ectopic pregnancy and they removed my left tube bit scary now.
