Hi, Just Noticed Many Many Bumps On My Son's Tongue

hi, just noticed many many bumps on my son's tongue looking like sesame seeds. He is 4 yrs old and before he just went to sleep was making a sound out of his throat like had something dry or stuck. I wanted to check his tonsils and saw this tongue full od little bumps
