Hi Last Week I Noticed On My Left Ankle A

hi last week i noticed on my left ankle a bite mark and it was swollen. i have been taking bendaryl and using ice. its still swollen and feels a little hard now and is now getting black and blue. and it looks like there is two bite marks. I don't know what else to do. at first it did itch alot and now it hasn't. and the other day my ankle felt a little numb going to my calf but it isn't now that was just for a day.
