Hi ,m 31 Years Old Mother Of Two Kids Little

hi ,m 31 years old mother of two kids little one is 7 months old,working as a part time architect.i am feeling numbness of my hands and arms and bachache that i cant stand or walk instantly.as i wake up and all the day feelig lithargic.m takin food supliments but not woking.it ahs been a month now so plz suggest me a good medicine,
