Hi Me And My Girlfriend Were Involved In A High

hi me and my girlfriend were involved in a high impact car accident, we were rear ended from a dead stop at about 65 mph. my girlfriend said her kidneys hurt so we went to the urgent care and they did a blood test on her urine and it came back positive. So they told us to go to the hospital and get an CT scan. They did that and the test came back normal for her kidneys. She said she is still in pain plus she hasn't had a very normal bowel movement since. ( it happened on friday 12/18/2015 ) I am a little worried that something might be wrong. what should we do?
