Hi. Mu Daughter Has Had A Fever Since Yesterday Afternoon,

hi. mu daughter has had a fever since yesterday afternoon, i have given her some calpol and she seems better in the morning but by the afternoon her fever appears again... she then complain of pain insude her cheek, when i had a look i saw some sort of skin tag hanging on the sise of ther seeks, i assumed she might have bitten her cheeks but theres no cut, just a skin tag that looks pinky whitish...it just appears since yesterday. is this link to the fever and coughs or is it something i should be concern about?
