Hi My 11 Year Old Daughter Has Has Flat Warts

hi my 11 year old daughter has has flat warts for a long time i think she got her first one when she was 3 or 4 years old and now they are spreading i dont want to burn them off we have tried creams and garlic along with there home remidies and nothing is working she is getting bullied by kids at school because of how big they are please tell me what to do i want to really help her. and do you know why they have been there fo so long?or do you know how to get rid of them im begging for help please.. thank you so much bye now.
