Hi My 18 Month Old Baby Had 39.8 Degree Celcius

hi my 18 month old baby had 39.8 degree celcius fever day before and occasional loose stools. he was given 2 doses of diclofenac suppository.fever has gone down and today stool sample result shows presence of rbc and cyst. Doctor is on leave and i have been asked to start metrolag and cefix. what is the sickness?
