Hi. My 1o Months Old Baby Fell Down On The

hi. my 1o months old baby fell down on the bed. i saw her head was bumped on the floor. (tiles, no matting) aproximately below 3ft. she cried for only 1min.she stopped crying when i breastfed her.she is going back to sleep because its midnight that time. no vomiting episode. do you think i need ct scan? or usually is it common to have injury in 3ft fall in 10months?
