Hi My 3 Year Old Daughter Was Diagnosed With A

hi my 3 year old daughter was diagnosed with a respiratory infection on monday and was given hydroxyzine but was still running high fevers and gaging on mucuos and this morning woke up with a nose bleed does this mean she suffered from a damage lung i am on my way to take her to the emergency room but i was curious why her physcian didnt pick up on that she may have pneumonia
