Hi.. My 3 Year Old Kid Had A Small Cut

hi.. my 3 year old kid had a small cut on her upper lip 2 hours ago. I did a little bit of cleaning after the bleeding stopped. Then i gave her some bland gooey food which she had and slept. i see that little yogurt particles are the stuck in the cut. Is it something i should worry about??
