Hi My 5 Month Old Baby Passed A Loose Stool

hi my 5 month old baby passed a loose stool with mucus and blood streaks ,i took him to the hospital to rule out intussuseption and the scans were normal,hes playful and not dehydrated but the next day he passed 3-4 loose stools again no blood and not watery just loose.no vomiting no fever,stool cultures came back negative and D/R shows 1+ ous cell and occasional rbcs the rest is negative.he is also teething.what does he have? is it possible that it was intususseption or it it gastroenteritis?pls help
