hi, my age is 33 and trying for a baby. my sperm count is 42 mil. out of which,45% is activemotile.at the age of 28, i got married. but still now we did not have baby. doctors suggested me paternia xt tablet,fertoz-m, kq 100. is it really make any significant improvements?
