Hi My Boyfriend Is 57 Years Old And Had A

hi my boyfriend is 57 years old and had a stroke just over a year ago and the last 5 months or so has beed feeling really dizzy all the time sitting, laying down, any movement. he went to the dr and they said they thought vertigo but that dr said he didnt think virtigo. hes at the point where hes giving up. im scared he may have another stroke. his symtoms, dizzy, tired, really off balance, he said he feels like hes on a ride all the time thats making him sick. thank you
