hi my boyfriend the past week almost got like a pulse in his head it would hit him hard 3 times he got soo dizzy white lightheaded vomiting so cold like it was 86 degrees in the house and he was freezing,his tongue and his fingers went numb. He doesnt have insurance and will not go bc he doesnt know how serious it could be could you tell me what you think please
