Hi, My Brother Just Told Me To Check His Symptoms,

hi, my brother just told me to check his symptoms, he is having shortness of breath, swellings of the legs and ankles and feet. He has gained 10 pounds in the last couple of days. He has several other medical conditions: diabetes, copd, has had a heart attack several years ago and is on medication for high blood pressure. I am quite sure this could be a sign of congestive heart failure. He has made an appointment with his doctor for thursday and told them his symptoms. What should i do at this point.
