Hi My Chest Hurts And It Feels Like There Is

hi my chest hurts and it feels like there is stuff in my lungs, everytime i caugh it hurts and sometimes i get a little bit of yellow mucus that comes back up this has been happening for 2 days now and its worrying me ive tried chicken noodle soup ive tried vex and ive taken advil and tylenol all of wich failed to relieve the pain. Please help
