Hi My Daughter Is 1year Old She Is Currently Teething

hi my daughter is 1year old she is currently teething all 4 of her top teeth are coming in and I have noticed since yesterday her right eye is watery. there is no puss or anything sticky it is just watery. could that be caused by teething also she doesn't have a fever no other symptoms that would indicate anything else
