Hi My Daughter Is Having Dengue Ns1 Positive, Her Age

hi my daughter is having dengue ns1 positive,
her age is 5 year, after having fever for first two days we contacted doctor,
the blood report showing 115000 counts, so we have done dengue test and found ns1 positive.
she was admited to hospital for treatment, from the second day of hospitalisation her fever gone,
on third day of hospitalisation blood report shows 102000 count, on fourth day 95000,
she experience itchy palm and sole. her urine is ok, no body pain.
how long it can take to increase the count, her weight is 14kg
