Hi My Fasting Blood Sugar Showed Around 260 2 Days

hi my fasting blood sugar showed around 260 2 days back and i had high sugar levels 2 months earlier too (when i did a blood check at a shopping complex, at a medical care booth ) i work 5 days a week am aged 40 and have never visited a gym till now. i do spent time out during sat and Sunday but not much interested in jogging or walking for exercise as such. i love to eat at mac/kfc/etc. am 90-kg from last 1 year.
