Hi, My Father (73 Yrs) Was Suffering From Poor Appetite

my father (73 yrs) was suffering from poor appetite mainly because he is not able to get fresh in the morning (kind of constipation) . He is currently taking zelgore 10 mg for prostate cancer from last 2 months and it seems to be the side effect of same. Can we give him nexpro RD which he used 2-3 years back and his constipation problem was resolved.
