hi. my father is 80 yrs old . I will give u a brief medical history, x2 stroke, triple A 4 yrs ago, c.o.p.d stage 4, has oxygen at home, recently discharged from hospital 7day stay for community acquired pneumonia,since leaving hospital seems dazed and confused and slow to react.
