Hi, My First Beta Hcg Was 319 And My Second

hi, my first beta hcg was 319 and my second was 309. No bleeding or cramping but the day after i found out i was pregnant before the second hcg i was really sick, couldnt eat or drink. Could that have affected my levels ? or could it have something else like maybe there was twins and lost one? Ive had twins before.
