Hi My Friend Has Very Strange Sickness That I Have

hi my friend has very strange sickness that I have never seen from anybody yet. He sometimes complaining of a smell like chemical one that bordering him which its cause his eyes become blurring and he gets muscle tense and it happens to him just in a certain place which is a shop where we work to gather and I never feel that smell and I have had no problem so far
