hi, my friend is 13 and shes having chest pains. she says the pain feels heavy and it feels like someone is pressing down on her chest and she feels nauseous and lightheaded. she says it getting worse. she drank a huge cup of coffee around 12 am but im still worried, is she having a heart attack?
