Hi My Husband Has A Fever Of 101.3 Last Night

hi my husband has a fever of 101.3 last night and today morning with 101.7. It feels like only his upper body is really warm . He has taken one paracetamol last night and one after breakfast this morning, I dont see the fever reducing. what should i do?
