Hi! My Husband Has A History Of Having A Ptv

hi! my husband has a history of having a ptv before that was 2007, he undergo a medication for nine months, after that medication, he is able to work again, hes in good health now. but yesterday when his company send him to clinic for medical examination, it appears on his xray that theres a infiltration on the upper lung, what does it means? and what should we do? thank you,
