Hi, My Husband Has Been Having Cold Running And Sometimes

hi, my husband has been having cold running and sometimes blocked nose, with body ache since a week. Last 2 days due to sleeping in an ac room he also got fever which was brought down by paracetamols. now he started getting a sharp pain over his one eyebrow and a lump has started to develop, which is soft, but very painful if touched. He feels it is the cold that has accumulated and is causing this pain. Your advise please. He also has high blood pressure and has just started taking medication for it as advised by our family doctor.
