Hi My Husband Has Sclc Extreme And Has Had Chemo

hi my husband has sclc extreme and has had chemo & radiation to whole brain, lung, lower spine and rib, cancer has returned in his organs before end of radiation. Since being home he has be in bed most of the time, now he is vomiting bile, does this mean his organs are failing?
